We offer bespoke painting services for vessels when in dry dock for short periods of time and we can also offer complete re-painting of vessels from new protective coating BWL and anti fouling systems, and through out the vessel we can offer void painting, engine rooms and bilges, accommodation areas and public areas, anti-slip coatings and external gloss coatings.

We also offer ceramic and metal repair paste products to repair high cavitation areas and  jet propulsion tunnels,  

We offer a huge range of plant painting services including Fork lifts, fuel tanks, generator units.

One of our much demanded services is our bunded fuel oil tank refurbishment.  We have the application rights to a fantastic 21 century coatings that allows us to carryout repairs to leaking live tanks meaning that we can carryout fast urgent repairs without shutting down your sites operations.  within this range of products we can carryout emergency repairs to pipe work, electricity transformers, tanks.

Over the years we have carried out many refurbishments and maintenance on historical structures including Bridges, Dock yard cranes and light houses and even a mast from HMS Undaunted, the mast was removed from the ship prior to being scrapped in 1882 and from 1898 till 1940 it was used as a muster bell tower in Chatham Historic Dock Yard.

We offer bridge maintenance services which include annual pressure washing to the structure, non public areas and walk ways, graffiti removal, shot blasting and repainting services.

 We also offer rope access works and inspections and the design of maintenance program for the structure.

Lock gates and caisson gates need to have regular maintenance in order to maintain the asset and keep the facility in service.  We carryout full maintenance services including seals, hydraulic servicing, shot blasting and painting. We carryout all services to pontoon  structures from engineering and welding to anti slip coatings and protective coatings.  Piles preparation and painting with epoxy systems and also Denso Grp pile wraps, shot blasting and epoxy coating of pile keeps.

When it comes to jetty heads there are lots of areas that require maintenance from steel works above water line, piles, brows and brow yokes, jetty fenders and hand railing all of these require a regular painting maintenance schedule.  Also we can carryout anti slip coatings and yellow hatching hazard areas and line marking for plant moving lanes, foot paths and parking spaces.  We can offer yearly maintenance or one off projects either way Marval can help keep the asset in tip top shape.
